when you're with someone you don't love (you are alone) don't you know that! was you once in love with this person, if not why are you there what do this person have that you can't fine with the person that you love,I have answer many of your question and you're in love. now your eyes and heart is wide open. You can see and feel what love is all about. and you have come to a conclusion but your too confused on what you want to do. Are you with this person because that is what your social status demand of you? or it's safer for you to not love, but be loved. Because your afraid to give your heart. I know the feeling. There was a time that I would say go with the person who loves you. But now I'm in love and I'm with a person that cares for me dearly. He has everything that a women would want from a man. I have stopped accepting things from him because I don't want to fell like I owe him anything especially sex or love. The more I'm with him, the more I think of the person I want to be with. So when your with someone one that loves and you're not in love with them, it's unfair to them, and mostly unfair to yourself because the pain is still there of being alone. So be fair to yourself. You don't want to wake up one morning and look at the others person face and wish you were some where else. The person whom loves you, if he knows love, real love, she/he knows you don't love them. But he is settling b/c they don't want to be alone and if he doesn't know that you don't love him, then he doesn't know what real love is, so that person has alot to learn about real love,how can u not know that the other person don't love you,he no mybe the other person is a little selfish too!!

It would be safe to say, it is unfair and selfish on your part to be with someone that loves you and you do not feel the same. First of all, what are you afraid of, hurting the other person by telling them? The opportunity for you to meet someone later is going to become an issue. Who are you concerned with YOU OR THE OTHER PERSON? Would you want to be in a relationship with someone, if they did not love you? Better to be alone and have a future and let the other person have a future! Respect yourself and that person enough to make a decision wisely and honestly. In this situation, I detect there is more to this than what is asked! Best of Luck!

I would say to be alone. There is nothing like leading a girl/guy on that you truly do not love. Bad things can come of it, so I you love yourself..recognize that there is a thin line between love and hate. Choose yourself! Of course I would recommend not telling the person that you don't love them. That is way to painful for a person to hear. Be gentle and move on.

If you truly don't love them and you can't see it changing in the future. I'd say your own, that way you're not hurting the person by not returning the feelings. What happens to the other person when you find someone else you do actually love?

You're lying to her if you are with her and don't love her. Break it off. You shouldn't lead her on like that.
At least being alone is honest and you aren't using someone.

If you truley dont love the person who loves you - then better off by yourself. It will eventually hurt them even more if you lead them on by staying with them. Its unfair to you, and to them to stay.
