He played a professor at a well known university and he encountered a very spoiled kid. He tried to correct the students wrong but he remained a cheater until he was older.
What is the title of this movie? Its very important.

It wasn't Robin Williams. The movie you're thinking of is called The Emperors Club starring Kevin Cline. It's a lot like Dead Poets but different. You gotta trust me on this one. Here's the link on IMDB.

Dead Poets Society was set in a boys prep school, not a university.

The only university professors RW has played were in:
1) The Absent Minded Professor
2) Flubber
3) Good Will Hunting

The only movie that comes close to your description is #3, but the student in that film is not a "cheater" per se.

You might try looking up this interactive Robin Williams Filmography; it has links to each movie's previews, not just the film names, so perhaps you will see the film you remember there:

Jack (1996) The movie is about a boy with a particular growing older disease: one which makes him age 4 cases speedier than widely used. It alternatives up at the same time as Jack (Robin Williams) is 10 years previous, yet seems 40. He tries to bypass to public college for the first time, and to develop into acquaintances with youngsters his own age. His actual visual attraction causes him a lot of issues, notwithstanding.

Emperor's Club (2002) Starring Kevin Kline

"William Hundert, a retired "old-school" classics teacher is passionate about his subject. Moreover, he strongly believes in moulding his students by using principles. However, his methods are put to the test by a new student, Sedgewick Bell who shakes Hundert's controlled world and threatens to undermine all that he stands for. Hundert's challenge is to change this young man while maintaining his integrity. Lessons abound for the students and teacher culminating in a reunion 25 years later."
