if u have a 28 day cycle then
have intercourse during the 12-15 days starting frm the first day of ur periods
eg: if period starts on 1/1/07...have intercourse frm 12th to 16th/1/07

go to www.babynames.com
click on to info& advice and click onto Due date calculater. Enter your first day of the last period and find out the conception date. Try around that day, 3 days earlier, 3 days later, Total in 1 week. for example: if the first day of the period is today Jan 30th, then the conception date will be Feb13th, and you should try on Feb 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th to make sure.

during ovulation, you can go to a website and type in the first day of last period and it will tell you when you are ovulating. Just type in ovulation calander in the yahoo search and there you go, good luck
