they dont have zip codes, you want a postal sode and that would depend on what city you are sending it too.

"Japanese post codes are numeric, consisting of seven digits, such as 102-8166 Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo." - wikipedia

Try this web site:

http://windowstokyo.com/zipcode/citylist.html
(the cities are at the top that will take you to the code)
http://www.bigfishnetwork.com/postcode/

Your address should look something like this:
NAME (Persons name)
1234-5 DEMOBOU (Street address)
fujishi (city) Shizuoka-ken (prefecture)
123-4567 (postal code) JAPAN (country)

In Japan the term Postal code is used, and it differs from one locality to other as in other countries.
Regarding Tokyo POSTAL CODE for one area is : 145 0061
where as for other area in TOKYO itself is : 101-0042
Some other area says postal code as:102-8166

So, to get through the exact postal code u require we must know the complete address.
I would request you to search on the net as it is easily available there.
