Apply as a freshman. Just find a med school you're interested in and look up their website. The admissions page should have all the info you need.

I haven't heard of any med school that takes transfers, but I don't know all of them in the US. It's hard enough to get in as a freshmen, let alone as a transfer (especially from outside the US).

Medical schools are notoriously hard to transfer into.
They just like to start from scratch I guess.
Most med school have different program and curriculum's as well.
If you can finish med school in Egypt and then apply for a license.
That would be best.
If not inquire at the med schools your interested in and be prepared to go though year 1 again.
