Depends on the criteria you are using to define stupidity. There is a wide variation in the mental abilities of the human species ranging from Stephen Hawkins and Albert Einstein to take your pick of people whom you deem a couple of cards short of a full deck, or dumber than a sack full of hammers. Do you know the difference between genius and stupidity? Stupidity has no limits.
