Usually because they let thier vanity get in the way of thier brains!. But it's not just bimbos that are like that!. And, maybe it's because they feel that they are not brainy, this causes insecurity, so probably the only way they can get people to notice them is by being the way they are!. Not everyone can be brainy, but it's sad to think that women have to use thier looks and bodies to get a man.but, you know what they say...."if you've got it, flaunt it!". lol.

Come on...met men like that - handsome beings whos' egos get in the way of what's important - and if their egos are being challenged, they respond either by dropping partner for someone else...or getting their fists out, big style.
True some lasses are sexy but intellectually devoid, but methinks anyone (of both sexes) who are rip & roar attractive know they are, and use that and that only to ensnare or impress people of opposite sex - who cares about Kafka's dehumanization, Orwell's observation of Northern England...or even Mozart's musical skill of making every brain tingle, when the 'intellectually devoid' can talk about waist and thigh sizes until the cows come home?

Where I live Bimbo is a type of bread. I wouldn't like to think of it having brains.

Obviously every single human has a brain and obviously they are in their own way intelligent.Often I think that many of these airheads put this bimbo attitude on to get attention and because they think it is cool.

I think you have misunderstood the term. Some women are labelled "bimbo" because they are assumed to have no brain. They are not bimbo's first and then proceed to be brainless. I hope that helps you figure it out.

I think because they are attractive they tend to have underdeveloped personalities as they don't have to try so hard with the opposite sex. I dont necessarily think they are all stupid though
