Best advice is go get a pregnancy test. They are around $5 and you will know for sure. Of course you could be pregnant or just really bad cramps. Why wonder when you can know for just alittle amount of money. I don't know how old you are but you don't have to be a certain age to buy a test and alot of places sell them. They have tests now that can tell if you are pregnant right away. You don't have to wait til you have missed a period anymore.

Be careful if you are having pains near your ovaries. I had a pain on the right side, down low where my ovary is and it hurt so bad, I had to go to the emergency room. It turned out to be an "ectopic pregnancy" (I hope I spelled that correctly). That is a tubal pregnancy or an embryo in the fallopian tube. They had to surgically remove it because if it bursts, it can be fatal. Just be careful! And good luck...

All the signs point to yes you are pregnant. If you are not sure just take a pregnancy test or go see your doctor and have him give you one that way if you are not he/she can find out what is going on and if you are you can get started on your prenatal care. It just sounds like you are pregnant and everything is fine your body is just adjusting, I hope for all the best and congratulations on your pregnancy if it turn out to be whats going on
