always checks me out....how can I stretch without him seeing me and body checking me?

just because his name has "gay" in it doesnt mean he's a fruit,, not every guy is checking you out chad. your probably making one of those weird sounds like SOME people make when they stretch. its that or he is just checking out that hot bratwurst bod of yours, take it as a compliment.

You need to bring it to his attention that his actions make you feel uncomfortable and you are not open to his advances, it is possible he does not even realize he is offending you. If he continues you need to bring it to the attention of a supervisor and if it still continues you have the right to file a complaint of sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is not confined just to men vs. women, it can also apply to same sex situations.
Check your company's policies on sexual harassment, this will usually answer any and all questions about your situation.
If you are to embarrassed to file a complaint ask to be moved to a different desk away from the guy who is checking you out.

Well you should not feel uncomfortable at all lol. You should feel good that a guy likes your body enough to check you out woot. I noe I love it when I see people checking em out(i am a gal btw).
