Some vandals broke 3 of our double glazed windows - toughened too! Does anyone know of a plastic film or similar that can be applied to make it extremely difficult to break? I know there are those that stop it from breaking in to a million pieces but i'm more interested in knowing if there is one that stops it breaking completely?

I think a CCTV system, with a few motion sensors, and then have a few guns from an arsenal laying around, shot guns are best used first, it has a wider pattern, then I'd go to a 30-30, 30-06 for the distance running and shooting through their get away car, and if all else fails, something like a .338 or .375. Chase them in your car, and you can probably shot through their car and into their engine block no problem, then take your Louisville slugger and get a few swings in.

Without making your house look really cheap with thick plastic windows no, i recommend keeping some bricks at hand to throw at the kids.
