How do I stop my computer saving email addresses?

Question

Ok here's the deal. Whenever I logged in my email, my address stays in the (sign in text box) everytime. Its like when you click the box, all of the email addresses logged in on my computer are listed.

Same thing happens on my search bar, I press "A" then there goes the list of all of my searches that starts with A.

Is there any way to stop this? Its like every movement I have on my computer is tracked. help!

open Internet Explorer
go to Tools - Internet options
click the Content tab
click the Auto Complete button
uncheck the Forms check box and click Clear Forms button

open Internet Explorer

Go to Tools > Internet options

Go to Content > Autocomplete

Remove the checks for Webaddresses, Forms and usernames and password.

If you want to remove the old saved iteams also click the clear forms button.

You can disable autocomplete from tools -> options -> content -> autocomplete.
