Depends when you were born. in the 40s it was Glenn miller "King of swing" in the 50s Elvis, in the 60s Beatles,, and so on today maybe some Rapper takes the crown!!!!

Well he was/is, but I think Anthony Keydis from the Chili Peppers is king in my life. But Elvis was really good and still good.
