Don't ask her for sex. She is your wife, isn't? So, she would also have the same love, affection and feelings.
Just hug her and kiss and her in the forehead, everything will start automatically.
What a wife expects from a husband is warm sex and not wild sex.

Since child marriages are illegal nowadays marriage is performing after mature age i.e 18. as your and your wife age is above 18 then she will be knowling the purpose of marriage and sex in the human lfe may be not experiences.
If u didn't have personal intimacy before marriage then procede with cool subject of her child hood and ask her child hood photos and show your child hood photos there by your minds will go to cool and happy moods.
And slowly take your subject to sex and ask her knowledge regarding. If it is sufficiant u can procede other wise tell her the science about basic things and get her confidence that u know better that her and it is safe to have sex with u.

You don't have to ask your wife. You have to perform. Tyr to take her close and gradually understand what & how she wants. Sometimes girls are afraid of first sex due to myth.
