to generate .hex file for AT89c51? i ve only mnemonics n opcode of d program. Advanced thanks.........?

Question

in my project to store program in 89c51 we need .hex file but we have only mnemonics n opcode of our program,how can i generate .hex file?

Note : i do no embedded c so please

if u know d exact format of .hex file please help me to generate d same using opcodes.

your compiler should generate the .HEX file. If it isn't, then go into the settings for your project, and look for an "output" section. In there, there should be an option (usually a checkbox) to generate a .HEX file. You don't say what compiler you are using, so that's as detailed as I can give you.

Note: you don't need a HEX editor, you need a .HEX generator!
