What is the allowed number of WOMEN/FEMALE participant in the CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY of different countries?

In any democratic country there shouldn't be a maximum (well, the maximum would be the number of people in the constituent assembly). I suppose in Saudi Arabia it would is 0 (but do they have a constituent assembly there??)

Roughly about 15%-25% maximum ever permitted.
