You can always mow yards, work at a horse stable, or do other small jobs your parents or their friends might need done. Babysitting, etc. But any "real" job requires you to be 16. I say "real" as in a typical company that most people think of

Each company is different. I know McDonalds here hires at 14 but not Wal-mart. You have to check around and fill out applications. I'm sure if you present yourself in a responsible and mature manner you will get a job.

No-not til you are 16....Yes you can get a paper route......but beware of early mornings.....if your parents have a car,have them drive you around and it will be easier...Have fun...
