VOLDEMORT- will die in the last book and all others will be alive as could be inferred from the following quote of JK Rowling-
"Dumbledore's guesses are never very far wide of the mark. I don't want to give too much away here, but Dumbledore says, 'There are four out there, you've got to get rid of four, and then you go for Voldemort.' So that's where he is, and that's what he's got to do." – JK Rowling

I would have said Harry before J.K. Rowling started hinting at him, making me think it's a red herring. However it would definitely put an end to the books, which she's said she wants before, and would be sufficiently dramatic for the last book of such a popular series.
Voldemort's definitely going- after religious groups condemmed a book about witchcraft, J.K. can't end it with evil winning over good. The only way Voldy will survive is if he turns to the good side- unlikely, but Darth Vader did it. Snape? I didn't think so at first, but there's the possibility that Snape could sacrifice himself for Harry. Ron & Hermione...somehow I doubt Hermione, and if Ron's going and Harry survives then it'll be devastating for Harry. Who else is really left that is important enough to have a major impact?

I think that since both Dd and Sirius have died that ron and hagrid are quite high up the list of possible deaths.
Luna woud be quite comfortable with death so could easily go without a fight.
Harry will die i'm quite sure of it.
Then there's the possiblity of snape/ginny/neville/one of the twins.
I just hope it's not Mrs. Weasley, if she does I think I will die of grief. She one of my favourite living character. Her and Hagrid.
Kreacher or Dobby may die too. Nobody would miss Kreacher though.

Perhaps this is getting in a bit too deep, but I believe that Harry Potter and Voldemort are two halves of the same entity. It seems logical then that Harry will kill Voldemort but die in the attempt.

I reckon it will be Harry himself as he will relise the only way Lord Voldemort can be defeated forever is if there is nothing for him to come back for. In every book so far Voldemort has come back and has needed Harry to bring him back as Harry has some of his powers. So the only way i can see the books to end is that either Harry commits suicide or is killed by either Ron or Hermione under the command of Albus Dumbledore. Itwill probably be dramatic but it is the only wa i can see the books ending.

I think the children will survive as it is a children's book. However, as JKR has said she desnt want the main characters to remain I think they will somehow disappear but not be dead (maybe turn into permenant animagi?). I also think that Snape will take over as the new headmaster of Hogwarts and obvious Voldemort will be destroyed.

I reckon one of the twins, also Harry, dont think Voldemort will die, maybe he'll meet a fate worse than death.
