Pay per Click (PPC) is an advertising method saying that you put an ad ( in google for instance on the sponsered link section) and you pay for your ad only is someone clicked on it and therefor arrived the destenation website and you pay nothing is the ad just shoed up but nobody clicked on it. This is vs. Classic advertising that you pay for ads if people only SEE them.

There are a few website using PPC mothod as a platform for advertising such as google adwords,yahoo,click123 etc....

The best example of pay-per-click is the ads you see in the google search engine that run along the right hand side with above it called "Ads Sponsors".

Each time you click on these ads, the owner of the ad pays google anywhere from 20cents for your one click all the way up to $20 and beyond.
