Yeah handmade in Chinese sweatshops.
NO there not handmade anymore than a Honda or BMW, or Chevy or Ford for that matter. All automated, other than people tending to the machines.

Production lines are mechanised but with people actually putting them together so technically they are handmade but not really considered so. The CVO range are put together in a separate assembly point and yes by hand

total crap - the redesigns at Harley in recent years have been to LESSEN the amount of hand assembly - this has resulted in much better quality ( they were done on an assembly line even then but a lot of finish work was done by hand and the engines were bolted together without jigs or other devices )
they still do a lot of custom work by hand - one of the few places that does custom work on production bikes

No, it won't cause your dog any pain because there are no nerve endings in the whiskers. It's the same principle as getting a haircut. Trimming the whiskers isn't a good idea, though. They perform an important role for the dog. They act as sensors/feelers (similar to an insect's antennae), which can become more important as the dog ages and possibly loses his or her eyesight. You would potentially be harming your dog for this reason. Please, leave the whiskers as they are. It's the best thing to do.
