I will tell u the leading 2:-Airtel and BSNL .
the cheapest plan of Airtel is 64kb/s @ Rs 399 permonth with unlimited download
The cheapest of BSNL is 64kb/s @ rs 256 per month with a download of 1 Gb .

you go for Air tel or Reliance or touch tel, these three r best in India the speed and maintaince r superb.. compare to any internet provider..& fastest service..

i think bsnl is cheapest as well as a good isp.U can trust this isp.The network of bsnl is very good firewalled so cant be hacked by Any hacker.

u did not tell about what kind of service u want dial up or broad nabd for dial up u can go for b.s.n.l or sify installers cd
for broad band u can go for either reliance or sify......
bye try one of them both were best but sify cost little much then reliance broad band
