I'm not entirely sure what episode it is where sasuke fights the sound 5 -- i do bwelieve its about episode 110 -- or around there, sorry i can't be too specific.
And sasuke doesn't use the Chidori on hinata.
That actual clip of him using the chidori is when he first encounters Itachi again since he killed his family...
It'sjust the way the person made the video to make it look like the chidori was used n hinata.
