A few months ago I made a cd with my wife that depicted us in a sexually explicit manner. No actually love making was involved. However, they were jpg images of us in her lingerie and my underwear (men thongs, bikinis, etc). This particular cd was accidently brought to work to give to another empolyee under the impression that it was a music cd. So, weeks later my fears appear to be coming true. Now either I am extremely paranoid or the hints and signs that I have been receiving from co-workers are right an exact. I mean my gut feeling is telling me that this is the truth. I think that the fact I am Muslim, a happy married man, Afrikan-American, articulate, intelligent, healthy, non-smoker, non-drinker, and faithful to his wife some of my co-workers are trying to use this negligence on my part to destroy me? It will not I work I am a fighter and will seek justice through the legal system. Ridicule, slander, insults, snicker, laughter, etc., etc. will not hurt me. ALLAH U AKBAR

You gave it up willingly. He can say you knew what was on it before you gave it to him. Does your wife know?

It is not defamation of character, my friend. What it does show is a great lapse in your judgement. In many fields, a slip such as this one is considered negligence no matter what the intentions were.

If you have the disc still apply for a commercial copyright. then if anyone sends the pictures or video you can sue them for LARGE amount's. Don't confuse discrimination for men behaving like men , i'm not saying your not seeing it just be shure it really is.this is a f!@#ed up situation no matter how you slice it.

If it was just you in you undiesand no sexual acts took place..what are you scared of?...By the way,in order for defamation to take place, the accusations/rumors have to be untrue.
