Depends on what kind of memory you are trying to enhance.

There are various memory techniques depending on the kind of memory you would like to enhance.

One technique that works with most kinds is the Story technique. Whatever you want to remember, just weave it in a story of your own making, marking the key things in the story. It helps remember a lot of things!

I don't really know what kinds of food help memory, but we usually insist that children get more almonds during exam time!
