Basic Facts...

I was caught masterbating in the street near my premises where i live, I went to court and recieved a 6 month bond and a $500 fine..

The complaint was made to my landlord from a niebour who found out about my offence through a third party....she found it offensive by hearing about it...lol

Now does this offence entitle my landlord to evict me even though it did not happen on the premises or neither did a niebour see it..

I'm currantly haveing to face a Tenancy Tribunal over the matter and i am just interested in othere peoples opinion .......

For anyone who is interested in this case please email me and i will provide all the facts for your judgement ...

Regards
Ron..

This CRIME did NOT happen on the premises and was NOT directed at any niebour or co tenent, as far as i'm aware no niebour or co tenent did see the event, the only offence that has been felt was a co tenent heard about it on the grape vine, iv'e already been punished by the courts for the crime, WHY should i be evicted..??

Does this mean if your convicted of drink driving in your street or any other crime for that matter off the property of the premises give the landlord the right to evict one...??

I guess we will see when the tribunal makes a decision in march..

For more info or debate on the subject, PLEASE IM or Email me...don't be scard i don't bite...LMAO

If you were NEAR your house, why did'nt you just "do it" IN YOUR HOUSE!

Well I am just wondering why you were masturbating in the street if it was so close to your home? Were you watching someone in their window or what? I think that it is a bit offensive and dude, seriously, wait til you go home to do the deed, no one can yell at you there. I think the concern from your landlord and your neighbors is that you may be a sexual deviant due to this behavior. I don't think they are so offended you went to court but that you did what you did, because honestly that is not what society is accepting of. I would be worried having you as a neighbor if you are a deviant in some way, but you have some explaining to do. In the future, wait til you get home to whack off!

I find it offensive just hearing about it, and it is no laughing matter. Public masturbation is an offence both legally and morally. You are depraved to think that it acceptable behaviour. Obviously someone saw you do it ! Isn't that the aim of the exercise when you take it into the street?
I wouldn't want you in my premises as a landlord and I would not want you in my neighbourhood especially around children.

I do believe there is more to this story. Co tenants have a legal right to live in peace and COMFORT. If your behaviour is making their life uncomfortable then the landlord has a definate cause to kick you out.
When you are homeless you may reconsider your behaviour, especially when the other bums won't even put up with your crap.
