it was chanakya's vengeance that lead to the formation of Maurya dynasty. so instead of considering chandragupta maurya as the founder..we must consider chanakya as the founder of the empire.

Yes chanakya was the true founder of the maurya dynasty.
He controlled the administration of the dynasty and made chandragupta the king of Mauryan dynasty.

We cannot consider Chanakya as founder of Maurya dynasty though he was instrumental in establishing the same. That position surely belongs to Chandragupta Maurya.

Yes ,Vishnugupt Chanakya destroyed the empire of mahapadama "Nanda'.
Nanda had insulted chanakya so he tokk revenge and pick the son of a tribal Mauryan solder and trained him .
Chanakya was the pioneer of economic es and cold war .
He gave slow poison to small girls to make them "Vishkanya"(poisonous girl) and used those girls against enemies of Mauryan kingdom.
