Milk is for babies. Human milk for human babies.
Cows milk is for baby cows. Not humans.
It goes against nature to drink milk from another mammal.
There are enzymes in cows milk that are not capable of being properly digested in the human digestive system, and at worst are harmful.
Not only that but there are enormous amounts of growth hormones that are given to cows (so they grow more and produce more milk) this ends up in drinking milk, and ends up in your own body. All of the chemicals (ie. pesticides) used in the grains they feed to cattle ends up in your drinking milk too.
Respiratory problems and various other allergies have been attributed to drinking milk from animals.
There are lots of problems with milk - unless it's coming from your own mummy and you are a baby.

Humans are the only animals that don't wean off of milk. There's plenty of other ways to get calcium. People in Europe drink wine in moderation and have far less heart attacks etc than Americans.

MILK, as produced by cows, is excellent after pasteurization. It is the addition of other chemicals and "safe" treatment of it that render it unhealthy. Lactose intolerance is a by-product of this tempering, that and all the other chemicals that your food is laced with. Lactose intolerance was unheard of when I was growing up on the farm, we drank the milk raw and we were never sick. We should all be declared hazardous because of the residue of chemicals in our bodies.

I know that cow's milk is not good for me, but I love it, so I drink it and suffer the consequences...but my real initial reaction to your question was not at all about milk but about your use of the phrase "colored people".
The real question is
"What's the deal with you? Are you 90 or something? Are you racist? Or just isolated and out of touch?"

Those with lactose intolerance should avoid the straight milk, but they can eat milk products such as cheese, yogurt, etc. So, I'd still keep on buying it, and to 'Hades' with those who try to stop it.

Milk is mostly water, but has some calcium. Not necessarily bad for you, but has unnecessary calories with little nutritional value.
