There is this pill which I heard about – which you take right after you had unsafe sex if you don't want to get pregnant.

1- What is this pill called?
2- Where can I get it from?
3- How long can I take after sex and still have it effective?

Thank you.

there are a few different ones. one is called plan b. you can get it from planned parenthood or an abortion clinic. I aslo heard some pharmacys have it.you have to take it within 48 hours. but if you are pregnant and you dont want to have a baby go to planned parenthood and they give you pills and then you go home and within 3 days it all just comes out of you so your not pregnant anymore. Good luck!

Plan B, also known as the morning after pill

Most pharmacies. in Oklahoma it is over the counter but you'll have to go to a local pharmacy to find out (look in the family planning aisle or ask the pharmacist on duty) last place I saw it was CVS

It is most effective if it is taken within 72 hours! So if you need a prescription you better hurry!

I assume that if you're this freaked out about getting pregnant you probably shouldn't be having sex...good luck

Its called Plan B. You can get it by going to GYNO and get a prescription. I tried to get it before as over the counter and it didnt work. It works in next 24 hours, if you dont take it in that period of time then you might be already late. Other then that you are not suppose to take those more then once or twice a year!
Maybe there is something else besides Plan B, but i would make a call to GYN for that. Good luck!

Its called a morning after pill. You take it within 72 hours of unprotected sex. You can get it from your doctor, family planning clinic, or most urgent care clinics. You also might be able to get it from the pharmacist, depending on where you live.

The pill is called "Plan B." In the US, you can get it at any pharmacy; it is also available from http://www.drugstore.com. You must take it within 72 hours of unprotected sex - the sooner, the better. It is available without prescription for women 18 and older.

It's called the morning after pill and you get it from the pharmacy.

You're only supposed to use it once in your life EVER!!! It forces you to have your period - and let me tell you it's not pleasant. When your real period comes you can expect it to hurt like hell. You may even black out.

It's really a yucky thing to take.

I wouldn't recommend it.

You should in any way not be having unsafe sex - rather buy a pack of trojans.
