People that worry about Jane Fonda are her minions. She has a legendary butt. That is enough to allow me to forgive and forget. The whole peace/love hippie generation were sell outs that should be held for treason. The peace movement was an exercise in hypocrisy. Where are they now? Corporate trash selling us out again. Nothing has changed. Jane was nothing compared to the way corporate America has sold out the American worker and outsourced everything to Communist China and even sending some jobs right now to Viet Nam. Corporate America are the true traders that should be held for treason and alot hold public office.

You cannot. Freedom of speech and ideas are basic tenets of the constitution. Plus it is healthy for a true democracy to have a variety of ideas. You are free to disagree with her and even protest her. But we can never silence the voices of those we disagree either legally or morally

You know i find it amusing that people love to hate those that are exercising there 1st Amendment right of Free speech as set forth in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"

But then that is the only thing standing in the way of the Bushites usurping a tyrannical hold on the U.S. and declaring Bush 'el - presidente' for life. And i know that those neo-cons, really hate that pesky constitution and bill of rights. That is until THEY are on trial and/ or THEY need to use it.

The short of it is simple, you neo-cons lost, and lost big time. We don't want a tyrannical big brother type government. We ALL have the right to say what we want and to redress the government, that act IS being a patriot! Just because you don't like it doesn't make it unpatriotic.

I enjoyed her in "On Golden Pond", and especially enjoyed her exercise videos when she was younger, but for the life of me, why did she have to evolve into a bonified traitor? Demonstrations are one thing. Protesting is another. But to entertain those who wish to do our soldier's harm, to laugh with them, and to coddle them -- not once, but twice in history--proves one thing. She will be known as the fly on the dungheap of American revoluntionary history.
