Hehehe..umm well, you can type..for example:( anime) Wallpaper then press search at google images. it will appear tuns and cute wallpapers.

Ok, it isn't google but give http://www.sxc.hu a try. You have to register (free) but after that you can download pictures for free and use them as desktop backgrounds and many other things.
It is a webpage where photographers share their images for free.

You can go to www.mota.ru . They have got wonderful wallpapers and screensavers in all probable categories, you can choose and select them, its free.
