I love it - I have tons of furniture from there but loads of people hate it - please give reason why

I visited our local IKEA store this past weekend...for the first time. I knew what I was looking for, and followed the signs to find it. Bookcases. Well, I searched around for a few minutes, couldn't find anyone to help, then decided I had what I wanted. Some information, not ready to buy, just investigating.
I'm usually pretty good at finding my way around anywhere, but I was totally lost. I don't think I have ever had a panic attack in my entire life before... but if I hadn't found my way out when I did... I would still be standing there screaming! Bookcases or not.. .I'm not going back to that store.

I love IKEA. It has tons of furniture and the company is very innovative.

The only thing I can think of is they are no good with tools. Haha.
Or the bloody instructions!
Who can assemble things these days?
The shop would be just as well as sending us the instructions in Chinese. (and only Chinese!)
Or it could be because when you buy anything from a shop with more than two parts there will probably be at least one bit missing or broken.

i love ikea i work for the contact centre in England, yes some of the furnature isnt all that good but its cheap as chips and i enjoy working which so many firendly employees,

They are nice to look at but alot of their furnitures are made of chip wood and they do not really last.
I will usually go for the accessories.

You have to research before you go...and never go during school holidays and during normal hours on a Saturday or Sunday...always go early or late, and know what you want...
We have a lot of stuff from there too!

Its very good, but the food in their snack bars is awesome.
