I use ExploreTalent.com and I've had great success with them. What I like best is when they find a role that they think is good for ME, they will submit my resume for me. I also model with OneModelPlace.com and I've received acting jobs through that website too. Both are free but if you want to access some of the better features (like having them submit resumes for you), then you have to upgrade to a paying member.
