I don't think you do. Be glad! It hurts. And even if you try and rub one out to make it go away it will still last several minutes after that. Takes a long time to cool down.
Sometimes it can interfere with your thinking a little, too. You have your mind on the discomfort instead of the girl. I guess that's no excuse for not paying attention but it does happen if you've got a really bad case of them.
No, blue balls is not a myth as that poster said above. She may not trust guys much for whatever reason, but I'm not lying about this. There is no reason to lie. I don't know you and I'm not trying to protect some male conspiracy.

Blue balls can happen but its sooooooo rare its when blood gets into the actual area outside and around the testes from constant erection. BUt it can be relieved with ejaculation everytime dont let us fool u lol. I dont know about women though.
