does anybody know origin of names of all continents ?

Asia comes from greek word for Anatolia
Europe - mythological queen of Crete (from greek mythology)
America - named after Amerigo Vespucci, italian explorer
Australia - australis in latin is south
Arctic - from greek word arktos (bear)
Antarctica - opposite of Arctic (in greek, antarktikos)
Africa - a-phrike in greek means without cold (friki is cold)

If there are 6 continents why are there only 5 rings on the olympic flag?
