not in australia

Why are you asking? If you are planning to come to Australia forget it! Not legal not wanted. If you are looking to move to a place were the constitution supports arms for all, go to America.
If you have ever looked down the barrel of a loaded shotgun pointed at you by a drunken, out of control ex husband, the question would be: Why are guns legal anywhere?

No and certainly not legal for everybody. You must be 18 to own a rifle or shotgun and 21 to own a handgun in the USA. You can not be a convicted felon.

You may not take a firearm to a courthouse, prison, hospital or school (there are exceptions for law enforcement officers, shools with JROTC programs, and evidence in trials). You may not carry a firearm on an airplane, but you might still be able to check it in with your luggage (double check with the airline).

Guns are made legal (from illegal) in any country of the world. I don't recall any country with police and military officers armed only with a stick.

If you're referring to guns in the hands of civilians, most countries have controls over civilian buying a gun. There are still countries without public gun stores.

No and as the Democrats settle into their new digs, the places we can have guns will only continue to diminish.
