I'm talking about that state of anger when you just want to loose it. What are the best methods to stay calm and cool, even in extreme pressure situations.

you just gotta chill out, be more laid back. working out helps take alot of stress and anger out of my system. you should do the same. when your angry you always get the best workouts.

im sure that before u burst u can stop to think about y? maybe even think about something else for a sec,or just walk and look at the sky thinking about what started the heat in the first place and not worry about how to get angry but how to be calm and solve the issue

Pause for just one second and breathe. Give yourself a moment to think. I find that taking deep breaths helps cool down tempers.

take a moment, take deep breaths and count to ten. then think about your role in that situation, what you did...

eg... if someone annoys you, think about what you did wrong to that person.

and always keep in mind, negativity attracts more negativity!
