What is an example of a specialized worker and capital in a school to provide education? Does this mean a history teacher is a specialized worker because their strength is in history, so that is what they teach? And something like a chalk board or overhead projector is an example of the capital because it is used to teach children?

That's pushing the concept so far that it might not hold true.

A specialized worker is usually referring to a skilled employee. They have skills (as apposed to an unskilled worker) and they own their own capital.

A plumber is a specialized worker
He owns his own tools (capital): Torch, solder, pipe cutters, specialized wrenchs

A specilised worker is like the previous person said could be a plumber or so...
However today we tend to call those who work with marginalised people (eg: in mental institution) are called specilised worker.
