It's probably Amsterdam because it is legal there. I have traveled a lot, (not looking for it, but it's always right in your face anyway) and I have found that no matter where you go, they do not look beautiful.
Think about it... If a woman is beautiful, she will either marry a RICH man or work in a high paying entertainment industry, not hanging in dirty alleys.
