You are confusing an apostrophe (') and quotation marks("). An apostrophe goes at the end of a word to make it plural. In your sentences you are using apostrophes but they should be quotation marks. When using quotation marks you include the punctuation. So your sentence would read:
I am "part, whole, and equivalence."
