it's a trafic of memory transfer betwen procesor, memory chip, and other device such as sound card, vga card, etc. the dma trafic is runing when then transfer bus in mainboard is not used by processor, or in mean where processor is idle from using transfer bus. computer procesor is so busy to work, so while procesor is working without using bus on the board, the dma chip is working to transfering data.
