HAHAHA CHIEF MINISTER!!!! I THINK HE IS ALWAYS BOTHERED ABOUT CHANGING THINGS FROM BAD TO WORSE. ALWAYS BOTHERED ABOUT EARNING MONEY THAT HE SNATCHES FROM US.WELL YOU CAN SEE THE PRESENT CHIEF MINISTER...HE SAID HE WOULD SUPPLY FRRE ELECTRICITY TO ALL THE SUBURB AREAS AND THE INNOCENT PEOPLE KEPT FAITH IN HIM AND PUMPKIN HEADS ELECTED HIM AS THE CHIEF MINISTER.FUNNY ISNT IT ..... AND THE CHIEF MINISTERS DUTY IS TO SEE THAT THER IS NO KIND OF PROBLEMS COMING UP BUT EVERY NOW AND THEN WE HAVE SOME OR THE OTHER PROLEM COMIN UP..... I THINK HE IS A MAIN PROBLEM FOR US AND THIS IS THE REASON WHY INDIA IS STILL A DEVELOPIN COUNTRY AND NOT A DEVELOPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Ruthu, just brush up your knowledge of the political system! People do not elect a Chief Minister direct, but the party with majority elects one among them to be the Chief Minister, usually the leader of the group!

When you are a school boy that time you see in you school there are so many teacher but one of his head that is headmaster.Who is the head of all teacher & managing the system of school.So this school system is also apply in our sociaty school that is state.In every state there is a goverment.president is the director of this school & so many minister is there,one of his head that is chief minister of state.Who elected by majority vote by his party.Governer appoint his as the chief minister of state.After his appoinment governer also appoint the council of minister as the advice of CM.The CM is the working head of state authority.After his aprovel governer make any law or poliecy............So than mean we are indirectoly electing the state suprimo CM.

HE ONLY CAN CHANGE THINGS FROM BAD TO GOOD.
