How much KBPS of what??

U can find that same information from ur ISP.

First off, kbps stands for kilabytes per second. You can't use a rate by quantity. You're refering to bandwidth which is measured in storage space (usually gigabyte nowadays). Call your ISP to find that out.

Go to download.com and search for DU Meter. Download and install the software. Du Meter is a 30 day trail software which would show you the Upload and Download in real time. You would also have Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports about the total bandwidth utilization.

Have a look at the log file of your modem. It is a bit difficult to understand, bug gives you full details.
