Good for you! Lucky girl!
Whose health are you referring to, yours or your wife's? Of course, your doctor is best to advise you on this but I believe that there are some heart conditions which DO preclude sexual activity. If you are controlling a cardiac problem with medication, that can mean something else. The physical condition of the person in question also has to be considered. Do you run marathons or are you sedentary and/or overweight? I don't think sex substitutes for exercise but it does burn 6-700 calories, or so I've heard...

The best advise will be from your healthcare professional.

It appears as though the men who have more regular sex seem to be healthier and seem to live longer. That may be a product of a fact that they are capable of having sex more often and so they are healthier by definition. But there is a study in Wales that showed the men having regular sex actually lived significantly longer than the men who were having it much less frequently. There's the good news -- good sex may actually cause good health and the reverse may be true as well.

It depends on your cardiovascular system health,if it is healthy it is not likely that daily sex causes any danger but if you have your heart vessels occluded sex may cause you harm.So if you have chest pain or short breathness specially during sex consult your doctor as soon as possible.

Sex is good for the heart, like running a race. If you have heart problems though, then I suggest you ask your Dr.

Well, if you're ejaculating everday then it is going to affect you big time. Not just heart but you'll end up with other problems as well including impotency. Check google for effects of excess sex/ejaculation.
