Yes.
It does more harm than good when you start to live your life around that dream. You place all these high expectations that are unreasonable and then you feel crushed at the hint of failure. It's never good to allow your life to revolve around so intricately huge.
It's better to start out small, baby steps.

I dont think it will do that much harm then good. All things big starts with a dream and a desire to reach that goal. If you had not envision that plan from the very beginning, how would you succeed?
