She was mortified after seeing him in a story about homeless teens, on TV, and sent Orsen to bring him home. He thought Orsen was a "john", b/c that is how Andrew was making money. Bree talked him into coming home with them.

I do not see all episode but, I think its because Andrew do something bad to Bree and in the final episode Bree leaves Andrew into a bus stop and she walks away
