can somebody locate my best friend in philippines?

I lost contact with my best freind Thelma Toston since we graduated in college 1985.If Im not mistaken i think shes from Butuan City Philippines. At the time she was studying i n San Nicolas College Surigao City. I hope that you can help me to find my friend that i really care thank you.

Search in the telephone directory for Mindanao and locate butuan city the look for Teston family name and try to contact them. If she happens to use the yahoo, you can search her in the web .
