Sad to say, it is a possibility. Some problems in proving it, or even bolstering it as a suspicion, involve the history of the disease. Was it entirely man-made or was it a previously naturally-occuring rare disease that was deliberately set loose on a wider population? And which population was targeted?
Suggesting that black Africa was the initial target is awkward because the necessary medical/technical feedback from such a backward place would be slow, limited, and unreliable, and a depopulated Africa would scarcely be a desirable goal for even racist Europeans. It is possible that a different demographic was targeted - e.g., urban US gay males - but some unintended event spread the contamination to Africa where the population was even more vulnerable. There is a lot of possible demonstration of the "law of unintended consequences" here. If it were originally thought that the disease was unlikely to be communicable except by - e.g. gay sex or shared needles - it might also have been thought that the disease would burn itself out within one targeted demographic and become extinct with the extinction of that targeted population and therefore it would not be necessary to have an antidote or cure ready for the rest of the world.

Is it possible, yes but again anything is. The latter question, to kill off a certain race? No- the goverment would have created AIDS to use in warfare, and would have tried harder to create a faster working virus. But to be honest, this is all speculation- the likelihood is that just like smallpox and the plague, AIDS was natures way of thinning out the masses. Or God's. To each their own.

Why does everything that happens get blamed on the government? Sure, they're guilty of some underhanded things, but c'mon - gimme a break! Now, I've heard everything! To believe that nonsense, you really have to be naive and gullible! Do you believe everything people tell you? Go do the homework to find out how AIDS REALLY came into this country! Do some fact-finding before you believe other people's hogwash stories!

I've heard the theory. I have a friend who is very into conspiracies by the government, so I hear them all. I wouldn't put it past the government, but I'm not entirely sold on the theory.
