hello, i'm always bored at work too... i check my email daily, go into facebook/friendster occasionally, chat on MSN, play literati in yahoo games, read&answer&vote in yahoo answers, make drinks and eat tea breaks, use the toilet more often, plan my medical leave, plan what i want to do after work (i clock off work on the dot), and live for the weekends :)
it's difficult sometimes when the time seems to creep slowly... i TOTALLY understand...

There must be lots of practical jokes you could pull on others. Often the phone at my work has lotion or lubricant on the earpiece. We call other units, asking for directions and then act obnoxious and abusive to the one that answers. then we laugh at them.
