It sounds like somebody is screaming. I think I also heard this sound being made in some military type movie. Any ideas?

i always thought that since academy is where rines are uped it was the rines screaming when they are being uped

Yes, I've heard it before too. I'm sure it's on one of the movies I own on dvd, that doesn't narrow it down much.
Someone gets thrown from a height and that sound sample is played. I think of starcraft everytime =)
