though the sentence is grammatically correct, it can be put in a better way --- how to identify and how to represent my parts?

In traditional, core grammar all complete sentences - and this includes questions - must have a subject (i.e. the person or thing doing something) and a verb (i.e. the thing being done). However, these are the minimum requirements and sentences will not always make sense without something further. Most sentences, for instance, usually have an object too (i.e. the person or thing which the subejct is doing something to or about); and adverbs, adjectives, prepositions etc.

So: 'I am' is a complete grammatical sentence: 'I' is the subject, 'am' is the verb. But outside philosophy, it probably doesn't mean much!

'I am old' adds an adjective and creates a more meaningful sentence. 'I am annoying you' uses another verb and adds an object - 'you'.

The main problem with your phrase is that it doesn't have a subject. It has an object ('my parts') and two verbs ('indentify' and 'represent'). But no subject - who is to identify and represent your parts?

But this is all pure grammar. Your phrase might well make perfect sense in context.

Grammatically speaking, your question is neither a question nor a statement; it is a sentence fragment. "How to identify and represent my parts" is a prepositional phrase and as such, it can not stand on its own. If you were to ask: "I need to know how to identify and represent my parts?" you are asking a question. If you state: "My problem arises concerning how to identify and represent my parts," you are making a statement.

It isn't a mistake of grammar. It is your mistake of words used.
You don't identify what parts you are talking about. You don't state what sort of identifying you are speaking of.

Your words don't make sense to anyone who speaks English.

It isn't grammar I have a feeling that it is more semantics that is your problem in communication.

I am thinking......Identify means how to find and name something.
Represent meaning.....what I use to identify something.....for instance I can look at my face in a mirror and identify that part as my face.
My Parts........in english would mean .....my nose, my face, my feet, my spirit, my.........etc

Thus.......what you ask here in English might make sense in your origional language but not to those of us who speak English.

it is not a question. it is a statement. what you are asking is vague. 'how do i identify and represent my parts?' is correct assuming you are the one asking the question, but it depends on what you mean to identify and represent.

What do you mean with your parts? Parts of your body? Parts of your soul? Parts of your life? Part of your family, parts of your house? No idea, what you mean. Specify this word part and then we can give you an answer.
