They just need to learn how to win close games i think the had like 6-8 games decided buy a TD or less...I could be wrong but is something like that...Besides that they just had bad luck with injury's in every key pos. One thing bring in a rookie QB Delhomme's not gettin any younger

this team is excellent on paper. The most important thing is them staying healthy. The offensive line could use a little work and with the running backs they have their run game should be much better. Over the last few years they have been a roller coaster. A more consistent offense and the ability to win more of the close games is what they need the most. I think this team gets a wildcard spot next year.

I think they have all of the pieces to be a great team but the chemistry is just not there. I don't know if it was the preseason hype or if maybe Fox has been there too long and is getting stagnant.
Delhomme is not getting any younger and I doubt Weinke is the answer. I think it would be wise to get a young QB to sit for a few years and learn. I think there is a good shot of Bill Cowher showing up here if they have another disappointing season.

offense, really if it wasnt the injuries you guys had a good chance of playing next week. you have the best front 4 in football and if morgan can stay healthy, the best front 7. You need depth at lineacker and u neeed to hand the ball off to deangelo williams becaus ehe has the ability to have the impact that addai and maroney had. o ya cut deshaun foster hes a bust

The offensive line needs to stay healthy, and they need to either get a different running back, or use a game plan more suited to Fosters running style. On defense they need a consistent middle linebacker, or Dan Morgan needs to stay healthy.

both.
Peppers is great on defense....but who else on that defense is good? Gamble gives up too easily on every play.
on offense Steve Smith is THE MAN, i mean he is such a great WR....but remember when they went to the NFC championship game 2 years ago? all the Seahawks did was triple team or quadruple team steve smith. all they needed to do was take out steve smith and there goes their offensive power.
the Panthers are too reliant on just ONE man on each side of the ball. thats why they seem to either really do well or do really horribly. when they went to the superbowl they had multiple threats on offense and it was hard to account for all of them.

Managment needs to be aggressive this offseason in the Free Agent Market. They need to be able to run the ball more, and tighten up the D
